Become a Vendor at the Snohomish Block Party
at the Airfield!

We’re now accepting vendor applications for the Snohomish Block Party—a one-day community celebration happening on August 16th, 1:30-10pm, packed with music, food, shopping, and local flavor! If you’re an artisan, crafter, or prepared food vendor, we’d love to hear from you.

This is a great opportunity to showcase your handmade goods or delicious eats to a lively, local crowd in Snohomish.

    Who We’re Looking For

    Our focus for this event is on:

    • Artisans & Makers – handcrafted goods, home decor, clothing, jewelry, etc.
    • Prepared Food Vendors – packaged foods ready to enjoy on-site

    At this time, we’re not accepting franchises or multi-level marketing businesses. Space is limited, and we aim to keep the vendor mix fresh, local, and engaging.

    Location: Harvey Airfield, 10530 Airport Way, Snohomish
    Date: August 16th, 2025
    Time: 1:30 – 10 PM (set up at 12 PM)
    Application Deadline: July 31st, 2025

    Vendor Fees

    • Standard Booth (10×10): $150
    • Double Booth (20×10): $300

    Electricity and water are not provided. Vendors must bring all necessary setup materials, including tents, tables, and signage.

    What’s Required

    If accepted, vendors must provide:

    • Full payment to secure your spot
    • Valid business license
    • Proof of insurance (listing the event as additionally insured)

    All payments are made online (3% processing fee added to online payments) or via check, and booths are only held once payment is received.

    Application Notes

    Space is limited, and we review every application to ensure a great variety for attendees. Submitting an application does not guarantee acceptance. We may place some applicants on a waitlist, and we do reach out as spots open up.
